Reservations
All reservations are preliminarily confirmed in writing upon receipt of the 50% payment. Our availability is constantly changing, therefor we are unable to place verbal "holds" for available dates. Availability cannot be confirmed online, please call for confirmed open dates.

All rental amounts are prepaid.

50% of the rental amount is due at the time of reservation.
The balance of the rental amount is due not less than 60 days prior to the arrival date. If the rental amount is not received prior to this date, the rental is subject to cancellation and forfeiture of the 50% payment.

Rates
Full weeks June 30 through August 31
(Friday 5pm to Friday 11am, Eastern Times)
$1600 per cottage.
Full weeks at all other times range from $550 - $1,000 depending on season, holidays, etc. Please contact us for specific rates.
Weekends (full weeks only, June 15 - August 31)
Memorial Day weekend or Labor Day weekend (three nights)
$800 per cottage
All other weekends
$350-$500 per cottage
Weekdays (full weeks only June 15 - August 31)
$175 per night (2 night minimum)
Pet fee $50

Cancelations
Reservations cancelled in writing not less than 60 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund of the 50% payment. A cancellation fee of $100 will apply. Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival date are not cancellable. Full payment must be received before reservation will be finally confirmed. Reservations cancelled without the appropriate notice will result in forfeiture of the entire payment unless the cottage can be rebooked for the amount of the original reservation. Please plan accordingly.

Check in - Check out
Check in time is anytime after 5 pm and check out time is anytime prior to 11 am on the scheduled arrival or departure date. All check in and check out times are Eastern Time. (Michigan time, not Chicago time). Sorry, but we can not accomodate late check out requests. Prompt check out is essential, as we have new guests arriving within a very limited time of your check out. We regret that we must impose a $100 fee for late check out, which will be deducted from the deposit amount, if guests are still present when housekeeping arrives at check out time.

Rental Policies
Subletting of the cottages is not permitted. All cottages are NON Smoking. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Children and well behaved pets are always welcome. Guests are responsible for picking up after their pets and providing a means to do so. Parking is limited to two vehicles per cottage. Sorry, no boats or RV's.
